The Entertainment Convention is touring all of Germany as a games roadshow. A wide variety of gaming theme worlds and consoles entice the visitor to participate in interactive games.

Prices totalling up to € 10,000 can be won in the tournaments. International partners from the sector of console, PC and software manufacturers guarantee gaming fun for all – on the central stage, in the large Public Gaming Area or at many single stands.                

  
  The coming Entertainment Convention takes place from January 31st to February 8th, 2009 at the ABF on the fair grounds in Hanover. We are looking forward to receiving the approximately 130,000 visitors of the ABF!

9 days of dilly-dallying, collecting rice and depleting the sponsor for the UN World Food Programme! This is the mission on our PCs, which present the free Internet quiz "FreeRice" (www.freerice.com). The questions of the UN learning quiz are sorted by school subjects, while the level of difficulty is adjustable. For each correct answer given by users, the partner companies of the project will donate 20 grains of rice to the WFP. Those answering all questions correctly will thus accumulate approximately 1000 grains of rice. 

 

So far, enough rice to feed 2.6 million people for one day was generated by playing FreeRice! So come and play during these 9 days in order to generate as much rice as possible!!!!
